Ordering your Custom Tag

We’re a small but mighty team — just one Sir and one eager Pup — working paw-by-paw to make your custom tag or lock perfect!

Here’s what to expect after placing your order:

Sniff out the perfect tag or lock and place your order below. Good pup!

You’ll get a tail-wagging email from info@BarkCode.shop confirming we got your order and we’re on it. Sir Michael is reviewing the details while Pup Epi’s ears perk up with excitement.

Before we start crafting, you’ll receive a pup-approved proof of your tag or lock. We want to be sure it’s just the way you like it — spelling, fonts, and all.

Once you give us a paw-sitive “yes!” on the proof, we’ll send a PayPal invoice. When it’s paid, Pup Epi gets to work at the crafting station — probably with a treat in his mouth and a wag in his tail.

Once your tag or lock is made, it will be lovingly packed and sent out with care.

Shipping is a flat rate of $2.50 for tags and $5.00 for locks (US only).

We’ll send you a bark (well, an email) to let you know it’s on its way!
